Initial Consultation

Design & Select

After our first meeting, we’ll work on designing a custom proposal based on your preferred needs and wants. Specific details will be included that range from where and what to build to interior and exterior features that match exactly what you’re looking for in your new home.

Permits & Construction

Once all the designs and contracts are in place, we’ll process all the building permits and get to work on building you the perfect new place to live. Our timely and efficient pre-construction process is designed to take the stress out of your custom build.
